These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Koora Live mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Koora Live provides football information — live scores, fixtures, standings, statistics, transfers, news and match highlights — for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Match data is supplied by third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You should not rely on it for any purpose where accuracy matters.

2. Eligibility

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you may not use it if you are under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

• Most of the Service can be browsed without an account. An account is required only for features such as commenting, predictions and syncing your follows.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account), which also removes the personal data associated with it as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Predictions, Points and Coins — No Real-Money Gambling

The Service includes a free predictions game. To be explicit about what it is and is not:

• Participation is free. There is no entry fee, stake, wager or purchase of any kind required to take part.
• XP, points, coins, streaks, levels and badges are virtual items with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, redeemed, exchanged or cashed out for money, prizes or anything of value, and they carry no value outside the Service.
• The Service does not offer betting, wagering, real-money gaming, or any facility to place a bet with us or any third party.
• Leaderboards exist for entertainment and bragging rights only.

We may adjust, reset or remove virtual items and leaderboards at any time, including to correct errors or address abuse.

5. User Content and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for comments, messages and any other content you post ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the Service.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not post or do anything that:

• is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene or sexually explicit;
• promotes violence, discrimination, self-harm or illegal activity;
• impersonates another person, or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone;
• is spam, a scam, or unsolicited advertising;
• infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

The app provides tools to report content and to block other users. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without prior notice. To report a serious concern outside the app, email itswalid84@gmail.com.

6. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google AdMob. Some optional features may ask you to watch a rewarded ad in exchange for access. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text and software, belongs to us or our licensors. Club names, crests, competition names, logos and match footage are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes. Koora Live is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league, federation or governing body. If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, contact us at itswalid84@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service links to third-party sites and services, including video highlights that open outside the app. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, statistics or other data will be accurate, complete or timely.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from reliance on any information it provides.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
